Local Green Lunch, highlighting organic and pesticide-free vegetables sourced from small farms across Japan. Harvested at their peak, these seasonal ingredients enhance the natural flavors and freshness of each dish, from salads and appetizers to mains such as Roasted Farm Vegetables and Farm Vegetable Spaghetti. Other main dishes also feature premium ingredients directly sourced from producers who are dedicated to quality and craftsmanship, such as the Grilled Sea Bream from Ehime Prefecture, the Grilled Wagyu Beef Burger made with Eda Livestock's all-natural beef and the Roasted Chicken Thigh.
Available only on weekends and holidays (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM).
