For the first time, Sophie's Afternoon Tea introduces a Matcha Afternoon Tea, celebrating the deep, rounded notes and elegant aroma of premium Japanese matcha. Luxuriously crafted with finely balanced matcha, the sweets and savory items beautifully adorn the plate. The selection includes four savory items that blend Japanese and Western flavors, such as a matcha and bluefin tuna tartlet, matcha with Hokkaido mascarpone cream, and matcha with wasanbon kuzumochi, along with six desserts including matcha and raspberry mousse, matcha tiramisu, matcha cheesecake, and matcha pudding. In addition to whole wheat scones, seasonal scones made with matcha from Fukuoka and Uji can also be enjoyed. Surrounded by greenery and soft light, guests can relax and savor a peaceful afternoon.
