    We offer a variety of dishes made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local suppliers who share the same dedication to quality and craftsmanship with us. 

    Our sumptuous brunch dishes include seasonal vegetable spaghetti made with fresh organic vegetables from Yoko Farm in Saitama prefecture, Egg Benedict using cage-free organic eggs with a hint of white miso to add a Japanese touch, and perfectly cooked Chicken Paillard using branded Shingen chicken seasoned with Tokyo miso and Tokyo soy sauce.
