The savory lineup features a premium selection of locally inspired bites, including Hokkaido abalone and Oscietra caviar tartines, Hokkaido hairy crab & Tokyo white miso tartlet, and tender roast Eda Wagyu beef.
The sweet offers a vibrant display of seasonal delicacies, such as strawberry tartlets, Benimadonna citrus cheesecake, and other confections that highlight Japan's most treasured winter fruits. To further elevate the experience, an exclusive selection of winter treats, including black truffle scones, Wasanbon stollen and more, is thoughtfully served tableside, offering an indulgence to celebrate the season.
